A Sutter County artist, Tamra Spoto has been creating artwork for over 20 years. Her skill and love for art developed through her art studies at Yuba College and by teaching for four years at the Creative Art Center in Yuba City. She currently teaches through Yuba-Sutter Regional Arts Council and Yuba-Sutter Parks and Recreation.
